What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Unless there is a serious sizing issue. I will consider store credit to use towards a future piece of jewelry, as long as the jewelry is in the condition you bought it in and unworn. Thank you for understanding. I want you to be absolutely happy with your Dawn Jewelry purchase!

Do you take custom?

At the moment, I am only taking requests. I’m welcoming a baby into the world and will have limited availability for the foreseeable future but knowing your interest helps me plan what to make next. That means you can totally send me an email to inquire if I have something in stock or If a previous design can be made in your size. For example, if you’d love a Mount Hood signet or two tone botanical ring but I don’t have your size, please send me an email and I can add you to my production list. Thanks for your interest!

How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

Orders take 1-3 business days to be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail shipment. I do live rurally so it may take a few days for USPS to scan when it gets to Portland. I am one person with some help from my awesome husband. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!

What shipping method do you use?

I use USPS Priority Mail for shipping, which includes tracking to ensure swift and reliable delivery. I make sure to put insurance on any orders above $100 for free! If you would like to expedite shipping, please email me, and we can arrange it with an additional fee.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, all jewelry comes in a box. If you’d like a personalized note, please let me know in the check out notes.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Is Dawn Jewelry responsible for lost packages?

No, Dawn Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped. Once the package is handed over to USPS or the shipping carrier, it is out of my hands. However, I will do my best to try and track it down/assist you in locating the package and providing necessary information for any claims with the shipping carrier.

Can I request a piece that is currently out of stock?

Due to everything being one of a kind, email me, and I can see if I can accommodate your request. Some designs can be replicated, while others may not. Please note that due to the unique shapes of stones I buy, I might be able to find something similar but not exact.

Do you do resizing?

Unfortunately, I do not offer resizing services. Due to the variety of sensitive gemstones I use, resizing could potentially be damaging to some of the more fragile stones. Additionally, fingers may swell and shrink in different seasons, making precise resizing challenging. We recommend carefully selecting the best size available before purchasing. A stacking ring is also a great option to secure a ring that might be too big in the winter seasons (that’s my hot tip).

How do I care for my Dawn Jewelry pieces?

To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, store it separately in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box. Avoid keeping your jewelry in moist places, like the bathroom. Humidity will accelerate tarnishing. Additionally, please avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth or using soapy water to preserve its lustrous appearance, unless it is Turquoise or Opal. Both Opal and Turquoise are porous stones and can absorb soap, resulting in color changing. To clean these pieces, use a polishing cloth or extra soft tooth brush. Focus only on the metal setting. Avoid touching the stone but if you do it get wet, just dry them off and they will be fine.

All pieces with Patina have been sealed with wax or enamel spray paint. Please keep them away from any water.

Do you work with Gold or precious metals?

Currently, I do not work with Gold or precious metals, but I hope to in the future. I do use Gold-fill in some of my work.
