Sizing notes: The total circumference length of this cuff is 6.75 inches, 5.5” cuff, 1.25” opening. Fits a size medium wrist. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and it fits me perfectly and comfortably. If you’re on the smaller side, I would say this might be too large. Cuff sizing is a personal preference. I do make the opening larger to make it easy to take on and off. You can synch and shape a cuff to your wrist if needed, making it smaller. This cuff has some give but I would avoid molding it often to your wrist. Get it the way you want it and then leave it. Keep in mind the more you bend it, the more you are “work hardening” the crystals in the metal alloy, making it more brittle and stressing it to break/snap.

To find wrist size, use a string and wrap it loosely around your wrist, make sure it’s not too tight. Then lay string out with a ruler, that should roughly give you your overall circumference.
