Oregon Agate Bolo Tie

Oregon Agate bolo tie! Stone was sourced from an Agate convention at OMSI in Portland, Oregon. Hand sourced and cut in Oregon. Bolo is hand-fabricated from brass sheet with fine silver bezel. The slide is made by hand (no prefab on this baby!) and I made the tips from brass tubing. On a dark brown leather braided cord, 100 percent leather.

Oregon Agate is a translucent or semitransparent fine-grained microcrystalline or cryptocrystalline quartz. The mineral has excellent working properties, a high hardness of 7 MOHs. I believe this stone is a Carnelian. Healing properties include: stability, grounding stone, improves concentration, transforms negativity to into positive energy.
