Beautiful bicolor tourmaline with two tone botanical ring band. Ring band features hand cut brass leaves that I have inlayed into 8 g wire by using a heating technique. Brass loves to dive into silver at a certain temperature and I’ve used it to my advantage for a seamless feel.
Amazing textures throughout the band created by fusing silver dust. Dawn stamp on back of setting for authenticity.
Quick note about brass: as with any metal, brass will patina with wear due to oils in our skin, lotion, soap, water, etc. But in my opinion, oxidation should never be feared! It is meant to be worn and loved. Sterling silver and brass are heirloom metals and can easily be cleaned in seconds! Polishing cloth will come with every order.
