Mint Kyanite with two tone botanical ring band. Ring band features hand cut brass leaves that I have inlayed into 8 g wire by using a heating technique. Brass loves to dive into silver at a certain temperature and I’ve used it to my advantage for a seamless feel. Ring can be worn either direction, which does shift the way the stone appears! There is an inclusion that almost looks like a crack in certain light but it’s natural to kyanite. From one direction it does appear to have a striping of blue!

Quick note about brass: as with any metal, brass will patina with wear due to oils in our skin, lotion, soap, water, etc. But in my opinion, oxidation should never be feared! It is meant to be worn and loved. Sterling silver and brass are heirloom metals and can easily be cleaned in seconds! Polishing cloth will come with every order.
